Bihor City Council in Romania made a tender announcement for feasibility and preliminary studies on the new 19 km “North Metropolitan Ring Road” (Inelul Rutier Metropolitan de Nord) Project. The estimated cost of the job is disclosed as RON 7,552,100.13. The contractor will be demanded to submit three alternative routings initially. CNAIR Technical Committee will then select the most suitable alternative. The Ring Road will interconnect Oşorhei and Biharia municipalities on DN1 and DN19.

The project will be jointly executed by Bihor City Council and National Highways Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR). Those interested shall submit bids until June 25, 2025, 15:00 hours.
