Nurettin Nebati and Osman Dinçbaş have been appointed as Deputies at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance by means of the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette dated September 6, 2018.

Nurettin Nebati was born in Viranşehir in 1964 and graduated from the Public Administration Department of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University. He held positions at the Executive Board of the Central Office of Independent Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) and the Disciplinary Board of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. He was selected as the MLYK Member during the 4^th Ordinary Congress of AKP. He executed duties as the Financial and Administrative Chairman and Deputy Party Leader at AKP between 2014 and 2015 as a Central Executive Board Member.

Osman Dinçbaş started his career as a supervisory assistant in Istanbul office of Ernst&Young in 1984. He executed duties a total of 3 years at the United States upon being transferred to the Hartford and New York offices in the US. Osman Dinçbaş having been promoted to the position of the Director General of Ernst&Young in Turkey at the end of 2003 kept his position until the end of 2010. Dinçbaş quit his job at Ernst&Young in 2012 to establish his own business.
