UNIT International Signed Oil and Gas Agreement with Iranian and Russian Companies

UNIT International has signed joint investment agreement with Russian Zarubejneft, Iranian Ghadir on improving oil and gas reserves in Iran. Agreement is a tripartite investment agreement signed by Iranian company with foreign partners

One of the concrete steps has been taken with the Russian-Turkish partnership agreement to secure new oil and natural gas reserves in Iran to join international market.

According to news stories circulated in the international press, Unit International from Turkey, Zarubejneft from Russia and Ghadir from Iran have come together in Moscow, Russia, and signed a joint investment in relation with improving oil and gas reserves in Iran. According to agreement, parties involved will form joint ventures, if required, and finance projects in and out of Iran. All companies will have equal investment share and Ghadir company will act as leader of consortium.

It is reported that agreement is a tripartite investment agreement signed by an Iranian company with foreign partners, for this reason, this will consider a turning point for Iran petro-chemical industry.

As it might be recalled, Unit International was in contact with Iranian Government for installing 7 ea natural gas combine cycle power plants of USD 4.2 billion on BOT model in Iran. Iranian Deputy Minister of Energy Ali Rıza Daemi had announced that talks continued for construction of power plant in January with Unit International TEBA:1801/ January 30, 2017.
