It is reported that Tekfen İnşaat, one of the Turkish contractors leading in international contracting, is awarded a new contract in Qatar. According to the statement made by Tekfen Holding, one of its subsidiaries Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş. is awarded the contract for the Eastern Industrial Road construction project worth approximately $200 million (729.6 million Qatari riyals) by Qatari Administration of Public Works (Ashgal). The project will reportedly be completed in 27 months. As can be remembered, Tekfen İnşaat was awarded in cooperation with Al-Jaber Engineering the turnkey contract worth $342.4-million for the giant stadium where the matches of World Cup will be played.TEBA:1803/ February 17, 2017 Last year, Tekfen İnşaat undertook the construction of the 34-km Al-Khor Expressway with a contract worth $2,1-billion.
