Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has decided to approve the investment program for 2017 for the gas transmission network of Boru Hatları ile Petrol Taşıma A.Ş.'nin (BOTAŞ), including the transit natural gas transmission as published in the Official Gazette dated 15 March 2017.

The investment cap of the transmission network of BOTAŞ for 2017 is 592,318,000 TL. BOTAŞ will not be allowed to exceed the investment project cap designated for projects in 2017 and to make spending for any project that is not included in the investment program. Furthermore, it will not be allowed to make investments for urban distribution activities of natural gas in accordance with the subsection (g) of the fourth paragraph of the article 4 of the Law no. 4646.
