ASELSAN Signed Contract on TL 8.6 Billion in 2016 in Turkey and Abroad

ASELSAN has received 29 orders domestically and 8 orders from abroad in 2016. Company has supplied communication equipments, electro-optic systems equipments, SARP Remote Commanding Weapon Systems.

ASELSAN, one of the most significant public establishments in the Turkish defense industry, had signed contracts in 2016 in and out of country totaling to about TL8 billion 619 million 425 thousand. Company had signed a new contract on TL3 billion 879 million in 2015.

Having used the know-how, skill and skilled manpower gained by military projects, in meeting the electronic system requirements of other public entities and establishments in the civilian field, ASELSAN had signed 37 contracts in 2016 domestically and abroad. Delivering deadline of orders subject to contracts is up to 2023, major part of deliveries planned to be completed in 2018. Contracts are signed on three different monetary units, orders taken by ASELSAN are corresponding economically to TL1 billion 889 million 402 thousand, USD1 billion 531 million 806 thousand and 623 million 478 thousand Euro.

Of the contracts signed by ASELSAN, 29 are for meeting the domestic demands, 8 are for meeting orders abroad, in the process, company has supplied communication equipments, Electro Optical Systems, SARP Remote Commanding Weapon Systems.

ASELSAN has been involved in projects like Modular Temporary Base Area, City Security Management System, Air Defense Early Warning and Coman Control System- Air Defense Early Warning Radar, Weapon Detection Radar, Firing Support Automation Systems, ASELPOD Electro Optical Targeting System, Electronic War Systems, Multiple Band Numerical Joint Supply Lazer Target Signing System and in products within the coverage of contracts signed with the Ministry of National Defense and Defense Industry Undersecretariat.
